    錯誤訊息1
    「攝影機無法連接網路,請重試新增攝影機並確認Wi-Fi名稱及密碼輸入無誤」
    • 若您在安裝過程中看到此訊息,表示您的Wi-Fi密碼輸入錯誤。如果您確認輸入的Wi-Fi密碼正確,卻還是持續看到此訊息,請試著拔掉攝影機插頭,然後裝上電源後再試一次。
    • 請避免在Wi-Fi SSID或密碼中使用特殊文字如德文、法文或其他歐語(如 ä,ü,ö,ß)
    • 攝影機僅支援 Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz頻寬,請避免使用5Ghz Wi-Fi

    「此攝影機已綁定至其他帳號,一台攝影機只能與一個帳號綁定,但您和家人可以用同一個帳號登入」
    攝影機一次只能用一個帳號註冊,若要多人同時觀看影像,您可以選擇:
    • 使用同一組帳號,同時在不同的手機或平板上登入
    • 啟用訪客帳號,訪客僅能使用APP上的部分功能
    • 若您要用另一個新帳號註冊攝影機,請先在原本的帳號中刪除攝影機(選項->刪除攝影機),然後再使用新的帳號去註冊。
  • 影像/聲音停頓或攝影機離線
    如果影像/聲音常停頓,或攝影機離線,您無須reset攝影機。這僅表示網路連線狀況不佳。當網路連線改善,攝影機會再次傳輸影像。
    • 確保您的攝影機離Wi-Fi 路由器不會太遠,以免收不到訊號
    • 家中Wi-Fi可用的上傳頻寬至少要在2Mbps以上。如果頻寬不夠,連線狀況可能會不穩
    • 將影像品質調整至中或低 (選項-->影像品質),減少一些畫質可以讓連線品質更加穩定。
    • 避免電磁波干擾。別讓攝影機離大型電器太近如電視、音響、微波爐等。
  • 多位使用者
    一台攝影機只能與一個帳號綁定,若要讓親友在不同裝置上觀看影像,您可以選擇:
    • 使用同一組帳號,同時在不同的手機或平板上登入
    • 啟用訪客帳號,訪客僅能使用APP上的部分功能
    若您要將攝影機重新綁定至另一個新帳號,請先在原本的帳號中刪除攝影機(選項->刪除攝影機),然後再使用新的帳號去綁定。
  • 夜視模式(黑白影像)
    當攝影機偵測到房間光線不足時,會自動進入夜視模式(黑白影像),讓您在黑暗中看得更清楚。若房間的光線充足,攝影機會自動返回彩色模式。
  • 將攝影機拿到其他地方使用
    "攝影機一次只能設定至一個Wi-Fi環境。若您要在其他地方使用攝影機(不同Wi-Fi),您必須更改Wi-Fi設定。 1. 在新的Wi-Fi環境中插上攝影機電源 2. 打開APP,點選「選項」-->「更改攝影機WiFi設定」,然後依照指示完成設定"
  • 將攝影機送給親友使用
    攝影機一次只能綁定至一組帳號及一個Wi-Fi環境,當您先前已設定過攝影機,並且要將它送給親友使用,請先完成以下步驟清除設定: 1. 打開APP,點選「選項」-->「刪除攝影機」,以將攝影機從您的帳號中刪除 2. 插上攝影機電源,長按攝影機背後的”reset”鈕5秒鐘,以清除攝影機的Wi-Fi設定。
  • 聲音及動作偵測
    聲音偵測:
    若攝影機偵測到聲音(超過您設定的靈敏度),並且加起來在六秒鐘以上,就會發送訊息通知您。您一分鐘內只會收到一次通知。
    動作偵測:
    若攝影機偵測到動作(超過您設定的靈敏度),就會立刻發送訊息通知您。您五分鐘之內只會收到一次通知。
  • 聲音背景播放模式
    您可開啟聲音背景播放模式,當手機螢幕關閉、或瀏覽網頁時,仍可持續收聽寶寶的聲音:
    • 在設定中開啟聲音背景播放模式,然後回到即時影像
    • 按下手機的home鍵或電源鍵,APP會持續在背景撥放聲音
  • 其他問題
    若攝影機有其他異狀,重啟電源能夠解決大部分的問題。請試著拔掉電源供應線並再次插上,以重啟電源。

  • How to Setup Gynoii Smart Baby Monitor?


  • Why do we use Wifi instead of 2.4G RF?
    Wifi brings more possibilities to the baby monitor because it could delivery information to your mobile phone and controlled by mobile phone with any distance. 2.4G RF has a very short range, even shorter if you have to go through obstacles (walls, doors etc…). WIFI addresses these problems, and set up is a breeze.
  • What different functions Gynoii baby monitor brings to?
    Wifi allows you to be with your baby if you’re in the office or even far away on the business trip. You could watch your baby sleeping, hear baby’s voices or crying even if you’re reading your email or browsing webpage on the mobile phone. Making the snapshots, clips and Time-Lapse videos, you could share to all your social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…etc. Let is sending sound or motion notification to you if you’re busying at work or sleeping. Talk or play the lullaby music if you want to comfort the baby. It’s more convenient and more with entertainment.
  • Is Gynoii compatible with my phone?
    Gynoii baby monitor works with any iPhone or iPad device running iOS version 6.0 (or newer). It is also compatible with Android phones running Android version 4.0 (or newer). Please note that you must have a compatible IOS or Android device for setup. Your phone can be connected to any cellular or WIFI network to send and receive video and information.
  • How to connect my phone to Gynoii baby monitor?
    Follow these steps:
    • Download free Gynoii baby App, and power on baby monitor.
    • Wait for 90 seconds until the camera completely booting up.
    • Select the MAC address of the camera and connect it from the App.
    • Wait for counting down and go next if you heard “Ting-tong”.
    • Select the SSID of your Wi-Fi environment and enter the password.
    • Scan the QR code which is stamped in the back of the camera.
    • It’s done and now you could watch your baby from mobile.
  • How clear of the pictures of Gynoii baby monitor?
    The resolution is 720P. It’s much clear day and night, comparing to traditional 2.4G RF baby monitor. The resolution could be reduced lower based on the preference of the users.
  • What does the Gynoii Time-Lapse journal work?
    Time-Lapse video let the parent quick review what’s going on of the baby during a certain period. It’s also lots of fun to share these speed-up videos to your family and close friends. Just simply click on when you leave the baby alone for a while and click off once you’re back. The system will automatically transfer to a Time-Lapse video around 20 to 40 seconds. Try to use this functions every day and you’ll have a wonderful baby journal of little one from very beginning.
  • How many users could watch or hear at the same time?
    The maximum users is 4 which are available login to see the baby at the same time. Normally, there is only one user could see the baby one time on other branded Wifi baby monitor. Gynoii is advance on this limitation and bring more family into the group.
  • How a person is notified that he or she has a new sound or motion notification?
    Once the volume of baby crying is higher than a certain Db, the system will send a sound notification to the mobile. The user could immediately click on and check the live video of the baby. Same way we do on the motion detection. Once the camera detect a certain range of baby move, the system will send a motion notification to the user.
  • Is there a cost to storage Gynoii snapshots or videos?
    The photos and videos are stored directly to your mobile phone, so there is no any cost like cloud fee on it.
  • What social network I could share Gynoii snapshot and videos to?
    All kinds of social network you could share to, like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pintrest, Google+…etc. If you install any App of social network, you could share onto it from Gynoii baby as well.
  • How long can I make the Time Lapse Baby Journal?
  • Is there a cost to send my voices or lullaby music?
    Messaging to the Gynoii baby monitor is free. Our app is free to download too.
  • How secure is Gynoii baby monitor?
    Gynoii snapshot and video can only be sent to your trusted network of friends and family. If you are a parent with little baby, you must confirm all family and friend invites through family account.
  • Can I use my phone for emails or webpage, and still monitor my baby?
    If you enable the “Audio only mode”, you could hear your baby crying or voice even you’re working any other app on your mobile. The baby volume is still operating in the background even if you close Gynoii baby app. You could read the email, browse the webpage or send the message, open up the live monitoring if you heard the baby crying is getting larger.
  • Is my Gynoii baby monitor Wi-Fi compatible overseas?
    If you have password to access the Wi-Fi environment, your Gynoii baby monitor could be online by input the same password. It’s compatible most of the Wi-Fi environment most of the world.
  • What do the 3 lights in the back of monitor mean?
  • What if I can’t scan the QR code?
    Sometimes the stamp of QR code is not clear to scan if it has been damaged. Instead of that, there is another activate code that you could enter in the back of the baby camera.
  • How to enable Infrared Night Vision on the camera?
    You could enable the Infrared Night Vision in the setting option, so you could watch the baby if the baby is sleeping. Remember to enable this function if you want to record the video or detect the motion in the dark environment.
  • How do I add new cameras to my family account?
    Just simply scroll the live view pages to the end of right. The last page shows the adding camera option. Click the plus button to add the camera by picking up the MAC address, select the SSID of Wi-Fi environment and enter the password, scan the QR code which are all the same as you add the first camera.
  • How many cameras can be added to the app and family account?
    Technically, there are unlimited cameras you could add into your app and account. However, it may varied depends on the bandwidth of your Wi-Fi environment. 4 cameras will be fun in general use.
Error Messages after scanning the QR Code
  • Cannot connect to your Wi-Fi? Please check the Wi-Fi SSID / password or Wi-Fi settings. (Wi-Fi 5GHz band is not supported)
    In the initial setup process, if you see this error after scanning the QR Code, it means the baby monitor cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network.
    What to do if you see this error:
    • Please make sure you're using a Wi-Fi network on the 2.4GHz Band (802.11b/g/n). The camera is not compatible with Wi-Fi networks on the 5GHz Band.
    • The Wi-Fi SSID and password is Case Sensitive, please make sure you've entered correct information. For example, "A" is different with "a".
    • Avoid using special characters in your Wi-Fi SSID and password. Although the camera supports common special characters in Wi-Fi SSID and password, we suggest you to change the Wi-Fi SSID and password to a combination of English letters and numbers. Special letters in German, French, or some other European language may cause problems. Some Special characters like "'" may cause problems, too. (For example: the Wi-Fi SSID name "Andy's WiFi").
    • Avoid Using Hidden Wi-Fi Network. The camera is able to connect with hidden Wi-Fi network. However, in the initial setup process of the baby monitor, please change your network SSID to unhidden. Once you have completed the set up process of the baby monitor, you can hide the network SSID again.
    • For the setup on iOS devices, you will be asked to choose the encryption type of your Wi-Fi network. If you don't know it, please choose "Auto Select" when choosing the encryption type. If you know the encryption type of your Wi-Fi network, just choose the one you are using.
  • The camera is currently used?To add the camera again, please delete the camera from the original account.
    In the initial setup process, if you see this error after scanning the QR Code, it means the baby monitor is already registered with an existing account under the same Wi-Fi network.
    What to do if you see this error:
    • You can only bind your camera with one account. Multiple users can login with this account on different devices simultaneously.
    • If you want to add the camera to another new account, you need to delete the camera from the original account first (Go to Option Page--> Delete Camera), and then you can add the camera to the new account.
  • Cannot read the QR code? Please try again with Manual Input.
    In the initial setup process, if you see this error after scanning the QR Code, it means the QR Code sticker might be stained or not clear enough.
    What to do if you see this error:
    • Please try again with Manual Input. Type in the Mac/Activation Code of the camera manually.
Problems in the setup process
  • Cannot find the camera in the set up process?
    • In the iOS setup process, you will be asked to connect to the camera in.
    • In the Android setup process, you just need to choose the camera to connect to.
  • Try to Scan the QR Code but no response at all?
    The QR Code sticker might be stained or not clear enough. Please try again with Manual Input. Please type in the Mac/Activation Code of the camera manually.
  • I lost my QR Code sticker, how do I do?
    In this case, please contact us at: support@gynoii.com
  • What to do if you cannot find the camera to connect to?
    There are 2 reasons for this case:
    You've just powered on the camera, and it's still starting up.After powering on the camera, the camera will be starting up. Normally the start up process takes around 2~3 minutes.
    • After 2~3minutes of the start up process, if you see only the blue light is on, and the infrared light at the front of the camera is off, it means the camera is not connected to any Wi-Fi networks yet. You can find the camera in your Wi-Fi list to set up.
    • After 2~3minutes of the startup process, if you see only the blue light is on, and the infrared light at the front of the camera is on, too. it means the camera is still in the setup process. If it takes too long for more than 3 minutes, please try to unplug the camera, and power it on again.
    You have already set up the camera with another Wi-Fi network. After 2~3minutes of the startup process, if you see all the 3 LED lights are on, and the infrared light at the front of the camera is off, it means the camera has been set up with a Wi-Fi network .
    • You can only bind your camera with one account and one Wi-Fi network. Multiple users can login with this account on different devices simultaneously. If you want to add the camera to another new account, you need to delete the camera from the original account. (Go to Option Page--> Delete Camera). And because the camera has been set up with a Wi-Fi network, you need to reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds while the camera is powered on.
